Becky Yarborough, 91, died October 15, 2022 at Hinkle House Hospice, Lexington, NC.
The family will visit with friends preceding the service at the church at 2:00 PM.
Funeral services celebrating her life will be held 3:00PM Wednesday, October 19, 2022 at Center Hill Baptist Church with Reverend Brian Alexander officiating.
A native and lifelong resident of Lexington, Becky was born in Davidson County, February 28, 1931. She was the daughter of the late Azielee Stynchcomb and Garland Ruby Sink. Becky was a 1949 graduate of Davis Townsend High School. She was employed at Southern Lunch and The Army-Navy Store in Lexington for most of her working life. In retirement she quilted and created beautiful cross stitch art.
In addition to her parents, she also was preceded in death by a sister Helen Sink, and brothers Harold Sink, Tom Sink and John Sink.
Survivors include her loving husband of 73 years Jack Yarborough of the home; son Darrell Yarborough and husband Richard Berns of Chicago, IL, Jackie Fulbright and husband Eric, Rick Yarborough and wife Kim of Lexington; granddaughters Amy Walser (Dylan Standish), Emily Guenther (D.J.), and Erica Yarborough; great-granddaughter Zadie Standish; sister Martha Church; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Lois Theresa Davis Glover, 89, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, October 15, 2022.
The family will receive friends from 6 pm until 8 pm on Tuesday, October 18, 2022, at Davidson Funeral Home in Lexington. A private family burial will be held at a later date.
Mrs. Glover was born November 29, 1932, in Masury, Ohio to the late Hubert Frances Davis and Susan Yarabenetz Davis. She was a member of Our Lady of the Rosary Church and was a loving mother, sister, and grandmother whose memory will be cherished forevermore. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lee Glover; and her son, Mark Glover.

Joy Nadine Payne Henson, 66, a resident of Lexington, passed away Monday, October 10, 2022. Joy was born to the late Arnold and Orabelle Howard Payne on March 19, 1956. She was a homemaker for many years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ricky Van Henson; a brother, Tommy Payne; and a sister, June Henson.
A funeral service will be held Tuesday, October 18, 2022 at 11:00 AM in the Davidson Funeral Home Chapel in Lexington. Interment will follow the service in Southside Baptist Church Cemetery. There will not be a formal visitation

Cynthia Ann Halker Flynt, 70, formerly of Garner St., Denton, died Saturday, October 15, 2022 at Abbot’s Creek Center in Lexington. Memorial Services will be held at a later date.
Born in Guilford County on November 8, 1951, she was the daughter of Rayford and Juanita McDuffie Halker. She was an accountant.

William Carmie Dennis, Jr., 82, of Lexington went to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday, October 14, 2022, at the Hinkle Hospice House.
A graveside service will be held at 2 pm on Monday, October 17, 2022, at the Snider Family Cemetery in Churchland with Pastor Charlie Snider officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.
Mr. Dennis was born in Davidson County on May 19, 1940, to William “Carmie” Dennis, Sr., and Anne Lefler Dennis. He was a former plant manager, having retired from Link Taylor and proudly served his country in the U.S. Army National Guard. Mr. Dennis was a loving father, brother, and grandfather whose memory will be cherished forevermore. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Jacqueline Snider Dennis.

Dewey Bradley Everhart Sr., 93, of Lexington, passed away October 13, 2022, at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Health Lexington Medical Center.
A celebration of his life will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday, October 18, 2022, at Davidson Funeral Home with the Rev. Michael Greer officiating. Burial will follow in the Forest Hill Memorial Park Cemetery with military honors by the Davidson County Honor Guard. The family will see friends from 12:30 to 1:30 pm before the service.
Dewey was born March 3, 1929, in Davidson County, to George Ray Everhart and Lillian Leonard Everhart. Dewey was a devoted member of First Wesleyan Church where he served as Associate Pastor. He was a US Army veteran having proudly served his country. Was retired from Carolina Underwear. Was a member of Gideons International, Past Chaplin for American Legion Post 8, member of Amvets Post 13, VFW Post 3074. Dewey was a graduate of the original Davis Townsend High School. His passion was his faith, church, family and especially his granddaughter and great grandchildren. Dewey was a loving husband, father, grandfather and brother, who will be missed by all. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his granddaughter, Amber Everhart, his great granddaughter, Lainey McCarn.

Martha Jane Young Frank, 85, of Lexington, passed away Friday, October 14, 2022, at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.
A graveside service will be held 2 PM Thursday, October 20, 2022, at Forest Hill Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 1-2 PM prior at the funeral home.
Mrs. Frank was born July 5, 1937, in Davidson County, to Dallas Young and Ollie Rhea Younts Young. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Hubert Frank; one son, Hubert “Dudley” Frank; and one brother, Butch Young.
