| Linda McMillen Wilt May 23, 1952 - August 21, 2023 |
We are sad to announce the passing of Linda McMillen Wilt, 71, of Eagle Springs, on Monday, August 21, 2023 at FirstHealth Hospice and Palliative Care in Pinehurst, from cancer. A Memorial Service will be 11:00 AM Tuesday, August 29, 2023 at Briggs-Candor Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Jimmy Shirlen officiating. Inurnment will follow in the Smith Cemetery.
Born in Mecklenburg County, she was the daughter of Winfred Senter and Vivian Shields McMillen. She worked in education.

Linda leaves behind her husband, Daniel Frank Wilt, Jr. and her son, Daniel Frank Wilt, III.
Briggs-Candor Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
