LET'S DO THIS |
admin writes, "My posts are about laughter, positive messages and creating a dialog. All three (3) seems to be lacking in our society. I respect all of you and have no aught against anyone's belief as I was raised to be polite and considerate too all. Please get involved in your community and listen more then talk. Even at this stage of my life I am still learning from folks like you. May your journey be smooth and your thoughts and Prayer lives be strong!"

FORGIVENESS |
admin writes, "OF COURSE WE CELEBRATE TODAY AS MOTHER'S DAY, SOME ARE GONE AND SOME ARE WITH US. TODAY WE WILL TAKE SOME FLOWERS OUT TO MY MOTHER'S GRAVE TELL HER WE LOVE HER. SHE IS IN GLORY AND THANK THE LORD WE WILL BE TOGETHER AGAIN SOME DAY. IT YOUR MOTHER IS STILL AROUND, GO SEE HER, CALL HER. IF YOU HAVE BEEN ANGRY OR HAVING LITTLE SPATS, TODAY WOULD BE A GREAT DAY TO RECONCILE. BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY, GO TO CHURCH AND GET THINGS RIGHT WITH THE LORD AND GET THAT MUCH NEEDED FELLOWSHIP."

admin writes, " INTERNET WENT OUR REAL EARLY LAST EVENING SO WE USED AN OLD INDOOR ANTENNA TO WATCH THE BOOB TUBE.. WHAT A STORM WE HAD LAST NIGHT AND HAIL IN MANY PLACES.
AFTER WE GOT HOME FROM A LONG DAY IN WINSTON SALEM, WE DECIDED TO GO OUT TO EAT AND WE DECIDED TO STOP I AT RANDY'S IN WELCOME. WE EACH GOT A CHIKIN SALAD SANDWICH AND DRAGGED IT THROUGH THE GARDEN. IT WAS DELICIOUS AND OF COURSE SHER'S FAVORITE HOME FRIES.
TODAY PRAYERFULLY THE WEATHER WILL BE NICE ENOUGH FOR JIMBO JOHNSON TO PUT OUR ALTERNATOR ON OUR DODGE.
GO OUT TODAY MAKE SOMEONE HAPPY TODAY SHOWING LOVE AND MAYBE GIVE THEM COMPLIMENT. NOWADDAMEEN?"

JUST LOOK AROUND |
admin writes, "Sher and I are all over Davidson County just about everyday and there is so much beauty and breath taking scenes of our little corner of the world around. Just a few minutes from the mountains, couple hours from the beach and some beautiful lake in the southern part.
It breaks my heart to see these little general stores that was run by Moms and Pops that are physically falling apart and then all of a sudden gone. It seems like there are new homes being built everywhere and some fantastic restaurants also.
One thing I don't see that use to be about everywhere and that's children playing outside and the ball fields full. If you're afraid of someone snatching them, stay outside with them and get some natural immunity. Remember this saying and live by it: If it's gonna be, then it's up to me.

LOVE- the greatest of these gifts |
admin writes, "Elvis' cousin', Billy Smith shared the following story on his Elvis Fans Matter YouTube channel.
"One day the two were riding in Elvis' limousine when they passed an old colored gentleman and his wife who were trying to push their truck full of wood that had broken down.
Seeing people in need, Elvis stopped and pulled up behind them to offer help.
Elvis, who had not been recognized by the couple, offered to push the truck with his limousine.
But it didn't quite work out, so he went out and offered the old man a ride, which was warmly received.
He then took him to the Oakley Ford car dealership in Memphis.
Billy recalled, “He bought this guy a new truck and I thought that old man was going to faint. I couldn't believe it!”
As he signed the papers for the truck, the car salesman said, "Mr. Presley, is there anything else?"
And then that old man realized who had been so nice to him. But the generosity didn't end there.
Elvis told the old man to drive his new truck to his old truck, where he would meet him there.
He and Billy then helped him move the wood from the old truck to the new one."

THE BIG GUY! |
admin writes, "“My mother said I weighed 18 or 20lbs from the start, the biggest baby she ever saw. I was deformed as a boy. I had a big stomach and a big rear and little shoulders.”
- Primo Carnera
Primo Carnera, nicknamed the Ambling Alp, was an Italian professional boxer and wrestler who reigned as the boxing World Heavyweight Champion from 29 June 1933 to 14 June 1934. He won more fights by knockout than any other heavyweight champion in boxing history.
Carnera was the third European to hold the world heavyweight championship after Bob Fitzsimmons and Max Schmeling. He would be the last until Ingemar Johansson claimed the title against Floyd Patterson in 1959, over a quarter of a century later.
Carnera was also the first boxer to win the European Heavyweight title and subsequently become World Heavyweight champion."
