Walter Alford Shoaf May 07, 1936 - November 12, 2021
Walter Alford Shoaf, 85, of Grayson Creek Assisted Living, passed away Friday November 12, 2021.



A graveside service will be held 2:00 pm Monday November 15, 2021 at Friendship United Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Gary Jones officiating services.



There will be no formal visitation
Mr. Shoaf was born May 7, 1936 in Davidson County to John Willie Shoaf and Mamie Alice Perryman Shoaf. Walter worked at Frank IX for over 40 years and in his free time he enjoyed spending time with his family, friends and farming. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Peggy Joan Grubb Shoaf; two sons, Terry Shoaf and Johnny Shoaf and three sisters, Carol Phillip, Audrey Everhart and Anna Potts.



Surviving is his brother James Shoaf (Virginia) of Lexington and his niece Sylvia Spurlin of Lexington.



The family would say a special thank you to the staff at Grayson Creek for there loving care to Mr. Shoaf.
